Our extended academic consortium of European and Japanese researchers sets the foundation for the scientific excellence of the SUSHy Project. All the partners are well-established experts with ample experience in the relevant fields of hydrogen storage, safety, and economics. This is indicative of their capacity to deliver on the respective work packages they lead within the project.
Moreover, our consortium composition is based on the idea that the involvement of researchers with diverse—yet complementary—backgrounds is critical for the development of an interdisciplinary approach. Since SUSHy Project entails the integration of different approaches from the standpoints of engineering, management, social studies and business studies by design, collaborators were invited considering their demonstrated capacities to contribute to at least one of the other research areas of the project and beyond their main field of expertise.
Finally, the geographic distribution of our partners within Europe has also been considered in the project design stage. With respect to creating knowledge for diverse applications, sharing findings with multiple institutions and valorising results across borders.
